Sound Quality

Are calling service is VOIP (voice over internet protocol) and at times might have poor sound quality. That is why Freedman Communications Corporation can provide a low cost service to you. We provide a low cost credit purchase starting @ $5.00 US so that you can try our service without a big investment.

 

Signup

Online signup will generate an account/pin number and the user name and password will be emailed to you. Once you have logged in to your account you will see the available access numbers on the main page. Purchase credit and then you will be ready to make calls.
 

1. Rates are subject to change without notice.
2. Rates may be higher on calls to cellular phones in some areas.

BILLING

Call times for each call are billed in 3 minute increments.  Refunds will be maid on a case by case bases. Unused credit must be used within 30 days or it will be deducted from your account. There are no additional charges. Prices and charges are subject to change without notice.
 

You must notify us of any refund or disputed charges within sixty (60) days of the charges or you will have waived your right to dispute the charges. Send to customerservice@freedmantel.com.

Warranty

Freedman Communications Corporation Corp MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHETHER BY FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, IN CONTRACT OR TORT, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE OR REGARDING THIS WEB SITE, THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION PRESENTED IN THIS WEB SITE, OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE SOLD OR PURCHASED THROUGH THIS WEB SITE.
