Freedman
Communications Corporation provides convenient, high quality
International calling cards and long distance services with a
wide verity of international destinations. Corporate
international calling cards or long distance accounts are also
available upon request. *International Calling Cards or long
distance rates subject to change without notice. International
Calls to cellular phones may be billed at a higher rate. *Not
available for USA Interstate calling. International calling
only. Calls from payphones not available on USA Toll Free
Numbers. Services are not available to Washington state
residents and businesses. Rates subject to change.
SERVICES AND
WARRANTIES
Not
Available to Washington residents and businesses.
Freedman
Communications Corp.. cannot provide a fault free service. Freedman
Communications Corp.. gives no warranty that its network or
services shall be continuous, or will be free from faults. Freedman
Communications Corp.. will, however, take steps to ensure its
network and services are reasonably fault free, and that service
is reasonably uninterrupted.
In addition
to clause Freedman Communications Corp.. gives no warranty or
guarantee that the service is satisfactory or suitable for the
Customer's purposes. All warranties relating to the service from
Freedman Communications Corp.. are excluded, even if implied by
statute
.
The parties
acknowledge that no representations, warranties or statements
made prior to concluding this Agreement forms any part of the
contract, nor has induced either party.
The Customer
acknowledges that: No representation, warranty or statement
other that detailed in this Agreement, forms any part of a
Contract, nor has induced the Customer to use Freedman
Communications Corp...
The service
provided by Freedman Communications Corp.. is not custom
designed designed for the Customer's individual requirements,
and it is up to the Customer to decide if the service provided
by Freedman Communications Corp.. is of satisfactory quality and
fit for the purpose for which it is used
Freedman
Communications Corp.. does rely on a third party for delivery of
inbound and outbound calls, and therefore Freedman
Communications Corp.. can have no liability of whatever nature
for any delay in provision of the same or for concerning the use
of the service by the Customer, Freedman Communications Corp..
makes no warranty that its network or services shall be
continuous, or will be free from faults.
Sound
Quality
Are calling
service is VOIP (voice over internet protocol) and at times
might have poor sound quality. That is why Freedman
Communications Corp.. can provide a low cost service to you. We
provide a low cost calling card credit purchase starting @ $5.00
US so that you can try our calling card service without a big
investment.
Signup
Online
signup will generate an account/pin number and the user name and
password will be emailed to you. Once you have logged in to your
account you will see the available access numbers on the main
page. Purchase credit and then after account verification and
approval you will be ready to make calls and/or use our DID
services.
Rates and
International Numbers
1. Rates are
subject to change without notice.
2. Rates may
be higher on calls to cellular phones in some areas.
3. All calls
are billed in 3 minute increments.
4.
International local numbers can change or not be available
without notice. due to third party international vendors.
(generally three months notice)
5. A phone
number that is provided to the client is leased and not sold.
The client shall not obtain any rights, title or interest in the
phone number. Freedman Communications Corp.. reserves the right
to change, cancel or move the number at its discretion. Upon
expiration, cancellation or termination of the service, the
client shall discontinue use of any phone numbers.

BILLING
Call times
for each call are billed in 1 minute increments. Refunds will
be maid on a case by case bases. Unused credit must be used
within 30 days or it will be deducted from your account. There
are no additional charges. Prices and charges are subject to
change without notice.
You must
notify us of any refund or disputed charges within sixty (60)
days of the charges or you will have waived your right to

Warranty

Communications Corp.. Corp MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR
REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHETHER BY FACT OR BY
OPERATION OF LAW, IN CONTRACT OR TORT, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE OR REGARDING THIS
WEB SITE, THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION
PRESENTED IN THIS WEB SITE, OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE SOLD OR
PURCHASED THROUGH THIS WEB SITE.
Limitation

LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN
CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE), OR
OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH (I) THE
USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR THE CONTENT, MATERIALS,
INFORMATION OR TRANSACTIONS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITES, OR
(II) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER
INACCURACIES IN THE SITES OR THE CONTENT, MATERIALS,
INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES ON OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE

OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF FREEDMAN COMMUNICATION
CORPORATION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING
NEGLIGENCE WHETHER ACTIVE, PASSIVE, OR IMPUTED), PRODUCT
LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER THEORY), ARISING OUT OF OR
RELATING TO THE USE OF The FREEDMAN COMMUNICATION CORPORATION'S
site , EXCEED $5.00 OR THE COMPENSATION YOU PAID FREEDMAN
COMMUNICATION CORPORATION, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
Indemnification
You agree to
indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Freedman Communications
Corp.. its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors,
suppliers, and any third-party information providers to this
Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs,
including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any
violation of this Agreement by you, or your violation of any
rights of a third party.
Certain
state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or
the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws
apply, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or
limitations, may not apply to you, and you may have additional
rights to those contained herein. In such states, Freedman
Communications Corp..ˆ™s liability is limited to the greatest
extent permitted by law.

as and when it deems necessary or appropriate, in any of the
terms and conditions or any other information provided.
